Workstudy Program
The Workstudy Program allows participants to learn about the many intricate aspects of nonprofit administration. Workstudy Participants have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of performance production as well as the operation of running a performing arts center. In exchange for their work, Workstudy Participants receive benefits such as classes (at a rate of only $3 each), discounts on studio rentals and NDG event tickets, performance, production and teaching opportunities. Qualified students at every level, from novice to professional, are eligible. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and there is no audition. Applicants must make a commitment to the Workstudy Program of at least three (3) months must be available to work a minimum of four (4) hours per week and at least one (1) weekend per month.
