Contemporary

This class is a mix of different techniques from ballet, jazz, modern and even hip-hop. The class starts in the center with a 30-45 minute warm-up including stretching. It is a class with strong ballet influences and is taught so that even a beginner can learn some basics of dance. This class also allows you add your own personality to the group. It is also a very athletic class that trys to empower the dancer with music, moves and fun.

Hip-Hop

This class has a very rigorous warm-up starting with an aerobic section, progressing to isolations, crunches, push-ups, stretching and ending with a relaxing “get loose” free dance. After 20 or 25 minutes, the class takes a short break and returns to do a combination in the center.

This class is a perfect fit for those who want a great workout and those who really want a challenge! Above all else, you will hear great new music and even better oldies and, of course, have a wonderful time!
