Biography & Class Description
Samuel Salazar started his training at the Alvin Ailey School of Dance, where he is currently employed as a substitute instructor teaching large groups. He began teaching Zumba after participating in Zumba Workshops, Winter 2007, Winter 2008 and Summer 2008 taught by Beto Perez (creator of Zumba) and Tanya Beardsley (Zumba Master Trainer). As a trainer of Zumba he has an understanding of the criteria needed to be an inspiring instructor.
He has uncontrollable and infectious energy and can effectively lead a class with structure and direction. He inspires students to achieve their fitness goals by emphasizing the physical and spiritual connection that is strongly associated with Zumba.

The class features interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the body while burning calories.
